As reported by Farmers Weekly this month, Trelleborg has launched a new 5,000-hour fendt tyre warranty on front tyres fitted to new Fendt VarioDrive tractors from the factory.
This announcement complements Trelleborg’s existing rear tyre guarantee on selected patterns (TM1060, TM1000 ProgressiveTraction®, TM900 ProgressiveTraction® and TM800 ProgressiveTraction®). If a registered tyre reaches below 20% of its original tread depth before hitting 5,000 hours, owners can receive a credit toward a new Trelleborg tyre of the same size and pattern.
The claim process is straightforward: register the tyres within 30 days via the Trelleborg Premium Care portal and provide a recent photo of the tractor’s hour meter when claiming.
This is a strong Fendt tyre warranty on its own. However, actually reaching close to the full 5,000 hours — and making any claim as smooth as possible — becomes much easier with better visibility and control over day-to-day operations.
